Goodbye Sarah

We are very sorry to see Sarah Bird fly the coop at the end of March. Sarah joined the team in September 2021 initially in the role of fundraiser and has brought so much more to the team. In early 2022, the role was adapted into Organisational Development Worker with a focus on sustaining the Shieling Programme and strengthening the strategic visioning, ambition and sustainability of Dwellbeing Shieldfield CBS. Sarah’s valued contributions have included strengthening our partnership work, deepening membership processes, and longer term financial planning. She will be leaving a solid foundation for someone new to step into the role. 

We’d like to thank Sarah for everything she has brought to Dwellbeing including joy and laughter in all the right moments, her intelligent brain and her ability to problem-solve anything. We wish you a smooth move to lovely Leeds and we’re sure there will be many exciting adventures ahead.
