We’re Recruiting 2 x Programme Caretakers

We are seeking expressions of interest in two temporary opportunities with Dwellbeing Shieldfield starting in July 2023 until January 2024. The roles have been created to care for our programme while the existing Programme Worker takes family leave, and to engage in shared learning, skills and knowledge development with our members.

We have identified two ‘caretaker’ roles to look after aspects of the programme:

  1. Programme Caretaker (16 hours per week)

  2. Shieling Programme Caretaker (4-5 hours per week, average 20 hours per month)

Contract: Fixed term until January 2024

Pay: Dwellbeing has a flat pay structure. Worker member salaries are £26,208 pro rata, equivalent to £12.60 per hour.
