Dwellbeing General Meeting

  • The NewBridge Project Stoddart Street Newcastle upon Tyne, England, NE2 1AL United Kingdom (map)

This meeting has been called so that members can take a vote about whether we need to pay a qualified auditor to review our accounts and file a report. We have reviewed the guidance from the Financial Conduct Authority and Dwellbeing meets the conditions that would allow us to opt out having a full audit.

At the meeting, members will vote on this for the financial year 6th April 2021 - 5th April 2022. In our rules this decision is called a ‘resolution’.

The second reason is so that members can elect two Stewards to our board. Sharon Bousfield and Colin Gray were invited to join the Stewards in November 2021. At this meeting we will take a vote to elect them officially.

All members are welcome. Drinks provided. Bring snacks to share. Please let us know if you can attend the General Meeting by RSVP to info@dwellbeingshieldfield.org.uk or 07593 769 129.

If you are not yet a member of Dwellbeing Shieldfield but would like to become one then find out more here.

Further details:

  • If you cannot attend in-person, it will be possible to attend parts of the meeting via Zoom.

  • You can also ask another member to vote on your behalf (proxy vote).

  • Please contact us for more details.
