Pickling, preserving, drying and infusing

In the summer of 2020 we launched our Shieldfield Grows programme, which involved community members growing food in homes, gardens, allotments and on balconies and windowsills. With a blooming harvest we set about finding out what to do with our produce. This booklet shares tips from members of our community about how to pickle, preserve, dry and infuse herbs.
